Returns Policy
All regular stock can be returned for exchange or refund.
Goods must be in the same condition as when they left the store.
We may ask for proof of purchase.
We cant refund postage unless we sent you an incorrect item, or you found it to be faulty.
Clearance items purchased during a sale may only be returned with the store managers permission.
Regular stock clothing can be returned up to 12 months after purchase.
Boots can be returned up to 8 weeks after purchase. (See about Hydrolysis)
Embroidered goods can only be returned if they have a manufacturing fault.
