Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart based on your address.
If you’ve qualified for free shipping, it will be delivered by a courier and will require a physical address.
Orders with PO Box addresses are not offered free shipping and will be charged the appropriate postage rate.
If you’re paying for shipping, it will come via Australia Post’s eParcel system and they’ll deliver to your PO Box.
eParcel also provides you with a track and trace facility that will also give you a sharper delivery time.
Depending where you live in Australia, this can take 7-10 business working days.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an alternative product or an estimated new delivery date.
For very large orders and pallet lots we will arrange bulk freight and we will contact you with those details.
If you have your own freight arrangements mark the instore pickup option and include notes with your order.
We will pack and label your order as usual and you can arrange your courier to collect it.
