Frequently asked Questions

What is the return policy?

You have 14 days to begin the return or exchange process - starting from the date your goods are delivered.  We offer free returns for items which are: damaged, faulty, incorrectly sent [ie wrongly tagged].  Change of mind and incorrectly ordered items will incur a $19 re-stocking fee to help us cover the cost of inspecting returned goods and processing them back into our warehouse system.  More information about returns, exchanges and refunds can be found on our Shipping and Returns page by clicking here.

What are the shipping options?

Orders containing specials and clearance items held in Toowoomba will be shipped via Australia Post.  Some orders may be shipped from a warehouse via courier (Fastrack, DHL / TNT Express, Toll Ipec etc).  We'll choose the option which is fastest for your order to be delivered.  If you have specific shipping requirements, or need your order to be shipped express, please specify this in your order notes.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are completed in between 3-5 days.  This really depends on what you've ordered as well as where it is being delivered.  Orders which are in stock  being delivered to a capital city usually arrive overnight. Remote rural areas take longer and may be up to a week.  Sometimes we get a run on certain sizes and colours outside our normal usage or our suppliers sell out of products.  If there is a delay we'll email you straight away to keep you in the loop or offer an alternative product.

 

What do I do if I received an order which is wrong?

Please let us know by replying to your order confirmation email and we'll be able to sort out any problems that may have arisen with your order.

Can I order from Workwear Discounts over the phone?

Of course. Please feel free to contact us on 1300 720 366 at the cost of a local call. Business hours are 9:00 - 4:00pm Monday to Friday AEST time.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can! Once you've registered, just Log in with your email address and password. At the top right hand corner of the page you will see "My Account". All your orders will be displayed under the "My Orders" tab. Once the order is dispatched you will also receive a Tracking ID number, which you can monitor.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, absolutely safe. We use the highest level of security available. To ensure that your details remain as safe and secure as possible, our website uses a True BusinessID SSL Certificate. True BusinessID(tm) with True Site(tm) is the World's leading Identity Protection solution. PayPal Payment Gateway keeps your credit Card details secure. We do not keep your credit card details in our system.

What if I order the wrong thing?

Does Workwear Discounts pay shipping costs for returns?

Yes. Provided we have sent your goods incorrectly or the items shipped were faulty. If what you have received matches what was ordered, we would not normally cover the cost of shipping. Please read our returns policy.
