iPhone 17 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter

The promoter of this trade promotion is Bernard Baz on behalf of BJ Baz Holdings Pty Ltd, trading as Workwear Discounts, Worklocker Toowoomba, and Worklocker Townsville (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility

The promotion is open to individual retail customers only. Corporate customers purchasing uniforms on account are not eligible to enter. Employees, immediate family members, and suppliers of Worklocker Toowoomba, Worklocker Townsville, and Workwear Discounts are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period

The trade promotion commences at 9:00am on 26 December 2025 and closes at 5:00pm on 30 March 2026.

How to Enter

An eligible entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw for each individual purchase of Driven Workwear Pants or Shorts made during the promotion period from Worklocker Toowoomba, Worklocker Townsville, or the Workwear Discounts website. Each separate purchase constitutes a separate entry.

Entry Requirements

To receive a valid entry, the purchaser must provide their full name, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Entries with incomplete or incorrect details may be deemed invalid.

Prize

The prize is one (1) Apple iPhone 17, valued at $1,399 AUD. The iPhone will be a brand new handset purchased from JB Hi-Fi or a similar retailer. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Connection of the phone to a service provider and any associated costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Draw Details

The draw will take place at Worklocker Toowoomba no later than 6:00pm on 6 April 2026. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by SMS and email. The winner agrees that their name and image may be used by the Promoter for the purpose of publicly announcing the winner.

Public Announcement

The winner’s name and a photo of the winner receiving the prize will be published on the Workwear Discounts website, shared on Workwear Discounts social media accounts, and displayed on posters at Worklocker Toowoomba and Worklocker Townsville stores.

Unclaimed Prize

If the prize is not claimed within six (6) months of the draw date, the prize will be donated to Lifeline.

Force Majeure

The Promoter reserves the right to delay the draw in the event of fire, flood, or other natural disaster and will publicise any delayed draw date.

General

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
